Service scope

Each project starts with a confirmed work list, price, schedule and acceptance criteria. Warehousing, specialist repairs and returns require separate arrangements. Stock availability does not establish eligibility for Vinted Pro; check the target market’s rules before purchase.

EUROPEAN PARCEL HANDOVER

Confirm the drop-off point before dispatch.

Share the dispatch postcode, carrier, parcel dimensions and volume. We check the receiving point and handover arrangements before accepting the work. Storage, pick-and-pack and returns are separate services requiring confirmation.

01

Direct work with local points

Parcel handover connects preparation to carrier acceptance once a receiving point has been confirmed. We confirm the receiving point, supported carrier and drop-off arrangements before routing parcels there.

02

Handover scheduling

We coordinate parcel volumes, opening hours and carrier collection times with the local partner. This reduces avoidable waiting between a packed order and its entry into the carrier network.

03

Physical acceptance scan

At partner points equipped for counter scanning, the parcel can be scanned at handover. We check the acceptance evidence and follow up missing scans; creating a label alone is not proof that the carrier has the parcel.

VINTED SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

From the order label to the correct drop-off point

The buyer selects from the shipping options offered at checkout. Our handover follows that order’s carrier and label; we do not substitute another shipping service for convenience.

01

Check the order deadline

Use the send-by date shown in the order to schedule handover. Vinted commonly gives five business days, with exceptions or agreed extensions; do not leave acceptance checks to the last day.

02

Match label and point

Use the Vinted-provided label or supported QR code. Confirm that the point accepts that carrier and format, and that packaging, weight and dimensions meet the service requirements.

03

Check acceptance and tracking

Keep the deposit receipt or scan record and check the first tracking event. Carrier acceptance and the update displayed in Vinted can occur at different times; flag a missing update for follow-up.

HANDOVER RECORDS

What we check for each dispatch

Order and parcel

Order reference, parcel number and the carrier specified on the label.

Point and acceptance

Receiving relais or shop, handover time and available deposit or scan evidence.

Items needing follow-up

Refused parcels, missing scans or tracking delays, with the point of contact and next action.

FAQ

FAQ

Questions about our local network and Vinted parcel handover.

01Can any partner shop take any Vinted parcel?

No. Acceptance depends on the carrier on the order, the point’s authorisation, the parcel and local capacity. We confirm a compatible point for the shipment.

02Does a counter scan update Vinted immediately?

Not necessarily. A physical acceptance scan provides evidence of handover; the carrier and Vinted systems may take time to display it. We keep those two events distinct.

03What is needed to arrange regular handovers?

Share the dispatch town or postcode, carriers used on your Vinted orders, daily volume, parcel sizes and preparation times. We can then confirm partner-point availability and a handover schedule.
